![]() I compared the settings found here between several clients that have multiple phone numbers in their MFA configurations and other clients that only allow a single phone number in their MFA configuration. Under Azure AD I found that password reset on the left edge of the Azure AD menu. Thanks Microsoft for yet an control panel that is inconsistent with the rest of your stuff. And this was true at 5 different clients I spot checked. The settings I found (as default apparently) are directly in conflict with the MFA methods I used to login to various clients to check how these settings were set. ![]() Not the fix - and actually this information is confusing the issue further. ![]()
